On Easter Sunday, Kanye West led a special Sunday Service on a hill on the Coachella campgrounds.
Fans who couldn’t get a ticket to the second weekend of Coachella tuned into a livestream, that showed the action through what some viewers called a “peephole.” Just like previous Sunday Services held in the hills of Calabasas, there were celebrity guests. DMX led the congregation in prayer. Kid Cudi, and Teyana Taylor also appeared. A large group of musicians and a choir performed music by Kanye, Otis Redding, Soul II Soul, The Clark Sisters, Kirk Franklin and Shirley Caesar.

- Chance the Rapper was on hand to perform “Ultralight Beam," which led into "Ultralight Prayer."
- Kanye showed off an Easter-inspired look with purple hair.
- Some fans pointed out the exorbitant prices of some minimally designed merchandise, including $50 “Church Socks.”
