Meghan Markle flew 3,500 miles by private jet to New York City for a baby shower – and never opened her gifts.
She saved the surprise to share with husband, Prince Harry.
News anchor Gayle King CBS This Morning a few secrets from the lavish, $200,000 affair. Gayle said, (quote) “We did flower decorations. They brought in someone to explain how to arrange flowers. We each made an individual vase. All of those were donated to different charities.”
Meghan flew back to London with Amal Clooney, who schlepped the un-opened gifts. A few of them never got wrapped: a baby crib, a bicycle and mandarin orange tree.
