Will Smith celebrated his 50th birthday at the Grand Canyon with a bungee jump from a helicopter.
He described the 550-foot plunge as going “from complete, absolute terror to the most magnificent bliss.” While dangling above the Grand Canyon, Will Smith exclaimed, (quote) “This is some of the most beautiful stuff I’ve ever seen in my life. This is gorgeous!”
Tuesday afternoon, YouTube live-streamed the 90-minute event, which was hosted by Fresh Prince co-star Alfonso Ribeiro. All three of Will’s children supported him as did Jada Pinkett Smith. His ex-wife, Sheree Zampino, was also on hand.
Due to logistical nightmares, Will Smith chose a location outside the National Park in Arizona. A Navajo Medicine Man blessed the stunt and thanked Will Smith for visiting their reservation. (E! News)
