We know that HRBT traffic SUCKS!!! at any random point on any random day! AND why does the tunnel close randomly too...but anyway. Today and Thursday there are some big meetings to view design plans and give more input about the $3.6 billion dollar project that we will all pay for in HRVA. Not complaining because this is NEEDED SO BAD!!!
