I don't shave my legs often. I think I probably shave them about twice a year, if that. So maybe I'm not completely informed on shaving etiquette but I'm pretty sure you're not suppose to shave in a PUBLIC swimming pool.
The least classy and sanitary thing you'll probably ever see. Watch with caution...
