Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week and once again, Chipotle is rewarding our educators with free food for all their hard work. The chain is showing teachers love with a free burrito on their Teacher Appreciation Day, May 8.
Here’s what you need to know about Chipotle's teacher appreciation deal:
Teachers need their faculty ID card - The deal is good for anyone showing a valid staff ID from a preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, community college or university. Bonus - this includes non-teaching staff, too.
It’s actually a BOGO deal - Chipotle is giving teachers a burrito for free, but they have to buy one first. So really, it’s more like a half price offer.
The burrito deal starts at 3 p.m. - So you can’t hit up Chipotle for lunch and score the deal, but teachers are in school until three anyway, right? And the BOGO deal runs through closing, at participating locations.
It’s a dine-in-only offer - So you have to show up, but it’s still free Chipotle.
