Harry and Meghan Turned to Oprah for Help on Leaving Royal Life

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle turned to Oprah to help plan their #Megxit. A source told theNew York Post “Oprah was the first person to talk to Harry and Meghan about breaking free and doing their own thing, building on their own brand.”

Harry and Oprah recorded for Apple TV conversations about mental health that will air later this year. Those discussions led to a deeper dive into Harry’s self-care. As well as his concerns for Meghan’s well-being under the harsh scrutiny of the British tabloids.

Oprah’s best friend,Gayle King at CBS News, apparently has the first sit-down interview with Harry and Meghan. Their friendship is close enough that Gayle attended Meghan's baby shower in New York City. (New York Post)

Oprah issued a non-denial early this morning “Meghan and Harry do not need my help in figuring out what’s best for them.”
