This morning in Sweden, A$AP Rocky was charged with assault. If convicted he faces six years in prison.
The prosecutor released a statement “We concluded that the events in question constitute a crime despite claims of self-defense and provocation.”
He and two buddies will remain in jail through the trail, which has not been scheduled. Sometime next week, the court will announce the date. Bail is not available in Sweden.
Rocky was involved in a street fight late last month. Video showed him throwing a person down to the ground. He’s been in jail for three weeks. Kim Kardashian and President Donald Trump advocated for his freedom. Rocky’s attorney complained of the unsanitary conditions in the jail. (TMZ)
