The cast of the 9th season of American Horror Story has been under wraps for a while, but now showrunner Ryan Murphy has finally revealed who the key players will be in AHS: 1984.
He posted the video below yesterday to mark the first day of filming for the season, which features all of the main cast members in their 80's looks.
It will be a slasher-themed season, based on the look and atmosphere of iconic horror films of the 80's (Friday the 13th, A Nightmare On Elm Street, etc.)
The main cast includes returning AHS actors Emma Roberts, Cody Fern, Billie Lourd, John Carroll Lynch, and Leslie Grossman. Newcomers include Matthew Morrison (Glee), Angelica Ross (Pose), and Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy.
AHS: 1984 will premiere on FX on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
