Britney Spears' crisis management team went into overdrive this weekend. After alerting the paparazzi she’d be shopping at the Gap, Britney made at least three public appearances with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.
Britney wants to show her followers how wrong the manager was to say she may (quote) “never perform again.” An insider said, “Her mother Lynne Spears wants Larry Rudolph fired and Britney is 100 percent supportive of this.” (Radar Online)
Another source told People magazine, “Britney is dealing with debilitating emotional issues that need to be treated with medications. Right now, she is very sluggish and some days she is a zombie -- definitely no passion in her.”
Regardless, Britney is motivated to be released from her conservatorship even though “functioning without medication isn’t an option.” (Entertainment Tonight)
