A word to the wise from Halsey: Never go rock climbing while naked.
She Instagrammed the nasty results from sliding down the rocks while topless. She captioned the bloody photo “Don’t go rock climbing naked-- or do. Do you!”
Her back is completely scrapped up. The top layer of skin has been ripped away. The left hand is wrapped in a bandage. Her “Nightmare” tattoo near her neck is visible as proof it’s Halsey in the photo.
